Ski itself was great, arrived just a few days after ordering. The return process isn't super clear and took too long to get a reply from customer service, after I had already been charged full amount for ski.

Wasn't sure of the exact
Wasn't sure of the exact wording of what I needed so I sent a picture and an item number. I bought the item from Costco and was hoping your company knew what I needed as I lost the caps to seal the tube after it was inflated. Not even close. The caps are much bigger. Will just have to buy a new one and it won't be from HO Sports.
