The rear boot I ordered

The rear boot I ordered wouldn’t fit on my ski so I contacted your customer service department. But I never received a reply, so I need to return the boot. But your website says I have to get a return merchandise authorization number from you before you will accept the return. I have emailed three times and called you twice to get the number. I have never received a reply. My concern now is you are about to scam me out of $250.

This has been one of the most unpleasant shopping experiences. I have ever been part of. The item that I ordered was a towable, and it would not be safe for the primary use of wakeboarding which we were going to use it for. For the last 7 to 8 days, I have been trying to contact this company via phone calls messages numerous emails. I would like to return the item and no one is contacting me. I will shortly be contacting the Better Business Bureau and my finance institution to issue an unauthorized charged on the $350 that this company took from me. My advice is do not purchase anything from them. There is no communication from anyone.
