Ski itself was great, arrived just a few days after ordering. The return process isn't super clear and took too long to get a reply from customer service, after I had already been charged full amount for ski.

Size ran significantly smaller than expected. Significantly smaller than sizing guide stated. Otherwise, great jacket.

I had ordered five plugs and only received two. Still need the three more. I also inquired about the small white armrest tube and she was going to get back to me on that. Thanks. Dion Friedt 701-290-1333.
