I like HO PRODUCTS,quality made,the connect gloves need to have changes made to them to work well.

The tongue of the boot twists to one side and won't lay flat against my foot/shin. I'd like to exchange this boot as well as the rear one for a different style, but customer service has not been great. My last pair of HO's were great. These are junk, imo.

Dissatisfied with customer service in choosing the wrong fin for my board.

Wasn't sure of the exact wording of what I needed so I sent a picture and an item number. I bought the item from Costco and was hoping your company knew what I needed as I lost the caps to seal the tube after it was inflated. Not even close. The caps are much bigger. Will just have to buy a new one and it won't be from HO Sports.
