Good morning, I am writing after the first use of my new coffee mug. I am so sorry to tell you how very disappointed I am. I have 3 of your previous cups. One is probably around 30 years old. They all look like new and still serve me well. I was on your site just browsing around and I saw the lime colored AutoTray. I loved the color! What a happy nice addition to my sedate white and brown cups. Unfortunately the color is the only thing that is pleasant about the cup. The proportion is off-the handle too wide, it is not easy to hold. But the saddest is the lid. Lids for my other cups are like a custom fit. This lid is a random fit and interferes with drinking. I would like to return this cup. Please advise me of the process. Thank you. VL Wilson

It was ok. I think they package in the foam peanuts which proceeded to fall all over my brand new car.

Recieved order within 5 business days not 2 as stated In shipping info on web site. The replacement lid for my metal mug works great, however should not have bought the ceramic mug, it doesn't keep liquids hot and lid is flimsy and hard to remove. Like the wide base of mug, but remember this is produced in China which explains the non skid rubber base falling off. Had to glue it back on to keep from falling off.
