Quality and shipping is great, concerned because we received 2 different years of the Hotjo mug and 100% got a lid stuck in one of the mugs.

I think they need to double check website because it said free shipping never said anything about had to spend $69 to be free shipping. Then went to check out said $5 for Two Day shipping so I thought ok but even saying Post Office is behind it took two full weeks thats too long being charged for shipping.
