Ordered a bouquet and a few other matching pieces. It took a few weeks for the products to ship, though it said originally would ship in 7 days. The flowers look awful, absolutely no color and much smaller than described. I will not be using the flowers for the wedding and would not recommend ordering these for a wedding.

Terrible, no response to emails, even tried commenting on posts in Instagram. Ordered 1 bouquet and a button hole, 3 weeks before wedding, which allowed sufficient time for dispatch and shipping. Two days before I get married, and can't get a response to emails, I've been sent a tracking number but the parcel hasn't arrived with Royal Mail yet. No response to request to cancel order either.

We ordered 2 children's crowns and 2 hairpins for my son's wedding Sept 3rd. The pictures on the website were beautiful...pale pink flowers with baby's breath and green foliage. We received 2 crowns of dead, dried baby's breath, no flowers and plastic green things. We ordered in plenty of time for regular delivery to reach us....but when it didn't we contacted Kirsten and she said we'd better do expedited shipping if we wanted the items on time....now over $100. When I contacted her to say the items were nothing like advertised, she was rude and just kept saying that I had to spend more money to return items to get a refund less 30% for restocking!!!! She didn't seem to care that we were left with little time to replace items and out lots of money for crummy, cheap looking, homemadeish items. She never tried to reach a compromise. Just arrogant and rude. I would NEVER use or recommend this website. They have fraudulent advertising and terrible customer service. DON'T USE THIS SITE!!!

Wouldn’t accept a return when they delivered flowers that look nothing like the photos

Terrible. I paid for 1-day shipping and it took 2 weeks to get here. Im lucky I ordered a backup bouquet because jesus christ your delivery was unacceptable. I'd like a refund but something tells me I aint gonna get it lol.
