Beware of this company!

I ordered 2 children's crowns and a hair pin set based on beautiful pictures on the website. What I received was nothing like the pictures. There were no pale pink flowers as depicted and the baby's breath looked like it was dead before dried. The 'greenery' was cheap plastic. They charged nearly $100. When I contacted them for a refund, instead of working with me, all I got was arguments. They said I had to pay for the return and then they would only refund 30% due to 'restocking'. And even though I ordered in plenty of time for normal delivery to have reached us in time, they stalled and then insisted on expedited delivery in order to reach us in time....another $24. Stay away from this company. What they advertise is NOT what they deliver and their customer satisfaction seems to mean nothing to them. Very, very unhappy, stressful experience.

Dried flower hairpins

Sadly the hairpins were very poor quality. There were already bits falling off when they arrived, some leaves had chunks missing. Only one flower in one set which was not as advertised. The fastening to the grips are very chunky. The website stated 7 day turn around and I paid for 1 day delivery. The order took over 14 days to arrive. The worst thing was customer service - very uncommicative despite me e.ailing many times requesting a call. One email on day 8 stated my order would be sent the next day but it was actually not sent for another 5 days. I would not order from this company again nor recommend to anyone else.

Not the same as advertised, brides beware

I ordered the sunset peach and white bridal bouquet for my wedding and received this.. the shape, the colors, the flowers were close but far from what they advertise on their site. After contacting customer service to share my concerns and explaining that my wedding is very close and I cannot return in time, all they offered was a return and disregarded everything else, not even an apology. Brides beware, my bouquet came poorly wrapped with one piece of terribly cut ribbon with sticks and wire as the base, on top of everything the quality is worse than the dollar store. Honestly the worst company I’ve ever dealt with and no attempt to make it right. Left photo is what I got, right photo is what I ordered. Oh and let’s not forget they argued with me about how much I paid.. the total was over $100..

Post purchasing customer experience is terrible, and there has been not attempt to contact me after several attempts from myself using web form, email and Insta DM. Please review your contact routes to make it easy for your customers to have confidence in your business and products.
