Messy, unattractive, thrown together with no particular creative style. Bouquets were smooshed like they’ve been packed tight in box for years. Do not recommend. Total waste of money.

I ordered bridal bouquet, mini boutonniere, and two men’s boutonnieres. boutonniere, and two men’s boutonnieres. I ordered them on September 1 and they didn’t get to me until September 18th. It got stuck in customs for a whole week because hidden botanical didn’t provide full documentation for customs. FDA had to inspect package along with the department of agriculture. When it finally got to me my bouquet does not look like the picture. How do I even use this? It looks terrible. Looks nothing like the photo I bought from. Super disappointed and will never order or suggest to anyone.

Paid a ridiculous amount of money on express shipping to ensure my bouquet would arrive on time. My wedding is now in 2 days and I still don’t have my bouquet. Extremely upset with this company and would not recommend using them for your big day.

My flowers were beautiful, and although the button holes came without any pins for the wedding party to attach them to suits, I was delighted. It started to rain as I left the house and by the time I got the 10 meters to the car, the colours on the flowers had bled and my wedding dress was stained all down the front before I even got to the church

Disappointed overall. The flowers are okay but not finished off with any attention to detail. Shipping was 2 weeks later than promised on the website. Never got any tracking and my order was sent to someone else's address. This then took a week to resolve. Customer service poor, very unhelpful, bordering on rude, and more than a few untruths told.
