I have yet to receive my order. The tracking information provided has not been helpful. It does not have an update since Sept. 28th. I cannot contact DPD shipping because they do not have a customer support line. I will not have these in time, even though they were ordered almost a month in advanced and I verified at the time of my order that they would be here on time. I am incredibly disappointed and now scrambling on what to do.

If you’re from the US be prepared that it costs almost $80 to return this product via ups. And then you only get 70% of your money back. The items were not as pictured, not as full, not as vibrant, dried flowers falling apart in the box. The hair pins are like one piece of eucalyptus hot glued to a pin with hot glue viable and stringy off it of. Waste of money. Would not shop here again or recommend.

This bouquet I could have have made myself tbh so I am very disappointed bc I put around 2500SEK to it thinking it would come better than I expected. I asked for something tropical but it seemed very dull to me so I rearranged it myself and added some real touch flowers from dollar store. There was an extra cost for shipping that I wasn’t aware of and even though they say “refund in 7 days” none of it is true. Don’t recommend at all. I asked for pictures during the process before shipping it and waited for them but they never came. Just overall disappointed with the customer service too.

I want to start my review by saying I’ve never even looked at the flowers I ordered. They shipped 3 days before my wedding and of course i got them the day after, so spent hundreds of dollars TWICE (since i needed to buy OTHER flowers). I’m sure they’re beautiful but they did not deliver on their promise of “dispatches in 7 days” 🤷🏻‍♀️

Paid almost $60 for express shipping to ensure my bouquet would arrive on time for my wedding and never received my order. Express shipping stated it would ship within 3-11 business days but I received a shipping notification well after 11 business days. I had to reach out to customer service 4 times for an update before hearing back. When they finally answered they held no accountability and tried to blame the mail service saying they couldn’t control how long it would take to get to me once the order was shipped even though they didn’t ship my order within 11 business days like I paid for. Would not recommend this service to anyone. They really ruined my wedding day and caused extra stress and extra expenses that were unnecessary.
