My flowers arrived flat and squished. So bummed

Took so long to come

Service did not want to honor my request to cancel the order. Now I have products I do not need or want.

Total scam company, beware. My products looked nothing like the photos, shed everywhere, were made of cheap plastic and looked like a toddler made it. I spent $550 here for garbage. It would cost me $600 thru UPS to mail it back (I am in the US) and they would only refund me 70% of the cost. Total scam. First photo is what it was advertised as, the rest is what I received.

I purchased a large bouquet alongside three buttonholes, a corsage and additional blooms for the cake. They were packaged fairly well but together in a smaller box than anticipated. The buttonholes were a little squashed but ok. The corsage had no blooms on it all all, only foliage and what looked like dried pampas grass. When I took it out of the tissue paper I could see that the ribbon at one end was already detached, making it unusable unless I fixed it myself. I was very disappointed by the size of my large bouquet - it was more like a medium. The shape of the bouquet meant that even when I was holding it down by my hips the top of it was touching just under my chin (for reference I’m 5’7). The stalk area of the bouquet was extremely splayed, making it very thick and too wide to hold with one hand. The pampas grass material (which was in all items) immediately started shedding, getting stuck to clothes, and any movement of the items meant lots of mess on the table, floor etc. All of the items had a very strong fake flower smell - as if they had been doused. I was very disappointed overall, and even the cake flowers couldn’t be used, as my bakery said they wouldn’t be safe due to the scent. Trying to plan a wedding on a budget is very hard, and the flowers arrived a week before our wedding. I didn’t feel I had the option to try and seek a replacement due to processing times, and I didn’t have the budget to go elsewhere. Together my mum and I took apart all of the items to tidy them up, remove the pampas grasses, and make them usable. The ribbon on my bouquet was not attached securely and once off it was obvious how haphazardly the bouquet had been put together. Items had not been prepared appropriately and there were just layers upon layers of tape holding everything together. I was so embarrassed to be doing this with my mum, as she had been generous enough to pay for them in the first place. The whole experience was very demoralising, and I only have a few pictures to show for it.
