The item arrived and looks nothing like the advertised bouquet. It is a completely different colour than advertised and doesn't match my colour scheme. When contacting the company they have said they won't offer a refund as the description on the website says there may be variation of colour. However, this is totally different. I currently don't have a bridal bouquet as communication has taken so long with them. I sadly cannot recommend as the product on the website looks so beautiful but what arrived was disappointing.

Not at all what the picture portrays. Don’t use filters and don’t use a professionally great display of fake flowers when that’s not what they are when you receive them. You’re falsely advertising and making this not a very trustworthy website when it comes to ordering online from another country. :( now that I am 2 weeks out from my wedding I am coming up with plan b
