Poor quality arrangements

After seeing my order stuck in customs for 7 days, I reached out for advice. After multiple attempts for a response, the one I finally received was “you’ll just have to wait.” A few days later, I finally received the order in a state of absolute disgrace. The package was smashed and included a sticker explaining it had been leaked on during transit, and since Hidden Botanics only wraps their flowers in tissue paper.. there was absolutely no protection for the contents within. I have reached out to HB again for assistance toward a resolution, but based on the previous experience, don’t expect much. Which is really too bad because it puts me back to square one in my hunt. Quality in your products is one thing, the lack of customer service is quite another.

Bad quality. I wanted to like these so bad for my wedding but they really don’t look anything like the photos. The gold one fell apart upon opening and is a totally different color than the picture. The green one looks extremely fake and does not have the same greenery as in the photo.

When I first opened my package I was really excited. A little put-off from how flat they were but hopeful that I could re-arrange them, a bit disappointed that the bouquet was as small as it was for an “extra large”, and also concerned about the amount of crumbles coming off of them…but I figured they’re just fragile dry flowers. I took a bunch of pictures of the bouquet and went to bed. The next morning, when I went to show the images to my partner, I realized how discolored they looked. I pulled up the image of the bouquet from the website and compared it to mine. They hardly look similar, aside from the pink roses. No purple or soft pastel, just brown and green. My bouquet just looks fried and dead. I’m disappointed because I’ve been getting spammed on social media for months from Hidden Botanics with ads, vetting the reviews (both good and bad) and took a chance in ordering my bouquet; hopeful that this would be the perfect choice in floral decor for my wedding.

Shipping - was very quick which I appreciated, but there needs to be a better shipping process for products of this nature. It was packaged so tight that everything was absolutely squished beyond repair.
