My order did not dispatch for 14 days after the order was placed, though the website says orders are dispatched in 7 days. Customer service was responsive when I emailed to assure me my order would arrive before my event date, but it was later than I expected. Once the item shipped, it did arrive extremely quickly given international shipping. When my order arrived, it was only the flowers and no vase. I ordered "Pastel Blue Wildflowers & Scottish Globe Thistles Loose Flowers Centerpiece and Vase Arrangement / Ceremony Flowers" and the website does not have an item description, just the item title and photos. The title and photos are misleading and imply that the flowers are included with a vase. I don't see anything on the website saying the vase is just a prop for the photo. I definitely feel I did not receive what I expected when I placed the order. Please clarify this on your website. Because of this experience, I will not be a returning customer.

Customer service is terrible, lied through email about the status of my order then didn’t even try to cover it up when I mentioned it. Flowers arrived just on time but seemed rushed like my order had been forgotten about. Flowers were nice but definitely would avoid due to customer service.

Ordered 24th July, upgraded Shipping 7 day dispatch time + 1 day for shipping, its the 9th August and the product still hasn't arrived.

The artificial flowers included were cheap looking. I could remove and salvage some of the products but not the flower crown. I should have read the reviews beforehand as seeking a refund seems near impossible. I just had to make do and feel it spoiled my day. Would not recommend to anyone.

I wish I could properly review my flowers but my wedding is in 72 hours and they still haven’t arrived. I paid for expedited shipping and an extra fee for expedited “front of the line” processing. I ordered with more than 4 weeks of processing time. It appears my expedited shipping got them shipped from their facility quickly but it wasn’t expedited any further. My recommendation is that if you are in the US, avoid this company unless you are ordering months in advance.
