I wanted to write a really honest review for anyone considering buying from Hidden Botanics and are unsure. Pros: - delivery times was super quick - I made an error when ordering and their customer service was really quick to rectify. Cons: - the flowers arrived damaged and the button holes in particular, crushed. - the ribbons we're loosely tied and falling off. - there were blonde hairs wrapped around some of the bouquets. - not of the quality I was expecting from the pictures. And now for the key con: - even if they are delivered to you damaged, you still have to pay the restocking fee which is 30% and pay the cost to return within 7 days (which for a large box is costly). I complained that I didn't think it was appropriate to be charged for an item that was delivered already damaged. Customer service, while they did reply, took a long time to review and after some emails to chase for a resolution as a 'gesture of good will' reduced this to 20%. I accepted this as I needed the money back in order to be able to purchase elsewhere, but I personally feel it should have been reduced more or even voided completely.

Good delivery and communication just the product doesnt match photo

While the flowers I ordered were very pretty, I am extremely disappointed in the quality and the customer care. My flowers arrived with half of them being damaged or squished to the point I could not use them for my wedding; the bouquet I choose, based on the online pictures, was mostly greens, reds, oranges and yellows with very little pink. The Bouquet I received was majority pink with very little red and very few greenery. While the customer care team offered to send me a new bouquet, I still had to pay for the replacement bouquet "at a discounted price" which was only 20%. I had to remake my bouquet with the flowers that were salvageable. I also ordered a boutonniere to match my bridal bouquet and the two did not match. They contained the same flowers, the boutonniere had a lot more of one color making it look as if it did not match. Overall I am disappointed in this company and would not recommend them to another bride.

Artificial leaves do not look good - very shiny.

I was really looking forward to using the crown and bouquet for my elopement, but I don’t think I will be using these for my day... Flower crown did NOT look like the pic on website- ribbon was cheap and rolled up and stuck on with some hot glue and also a totally different ribbon than what was pictured. It was covered in stringy glue. The bouquet was squished (which I expected since it was shipping so far) and the ribbon was also carelessly placed and STAINED green. And the artificial smell makes my head hurt. Just…not what I was expecting and not worth what I paid IMO. Bummed because the website made everything seem really chic and tasteful.
