I made a bespoke order for my upcoming wedding. Most of the items arrived beautiful and as expected. Unfortunately two of the items have flowers and petals falling off, which has tainted how impressed I was with the rest of the order. Currently trying to see if I can reattach them, or if they will need to be thrown away.

Processing and Shipping was extremely slow. Ordered them almost a month before my elopement and there was 8 days in between my order being done and when it actually got sent out so I did not even receive my flowers in time before I left out of state for my elopement. Shipping took two weeks and that was with express priority shipping. They arrived the day before the wedding and I had to have them overnighted to my location. If ordering from US, give yourself more than 30 days if possible!

Disappointed

While the loose stem arrangements, pins and boutonniere arrived and appeared to my expectations, the bouquet and flower crown did not. I did receive a replacement bouquet that turned out so much better, which tells me the quality control is not precise. I was requested to pay for returning the original bouquet myself, which also gives me the impression that perhaps they mail out the sad ones in hopes that no one will notice. This is my assumption.
