Beautiful but missing free items.

In all honesty they felt slightly unfinished and a bit messy. I've since added additional bows and tidied up the flowers, but you know when something is put together with love and pride, and these didn't at all. Especially not for the price we paid for them.

I received my flowers which look and smell lovely however the despite me changing the dpd delivery date they delivered the flowers when I wasn’t home and left them outside in the pouring rain by my bin. I dried the box by the radiator and just hope they haven’t damaged them!

My bouquet did not arrive as expected. The listing did not give specific dimensions, nor did it show a model holding the bouquet for scale. I understood this and I was fine with taking a chance on it. However, when I received the bouquet, some elements in the bouquet had been replaced with lower quality elements. I.e. there is supposed to be a faux peach in the mix, but instead, I got a faux lemon that looks very plastic and very fake. The peach in the photo looked realistic w/ fuzzy flocking. This faux lemon is shiny plastic, wiggles quite a bit when the bouquet is handled which adds to it standing out like a sore thumb. The rest of the bouquet is as pictured, which is why I'm okay with it, but overall, it is not a satisfying experience.

I absolutely love the bridal bouquet, but I ordered the flower crown also. Unfortunately, it is way too big for my head so Im not going to be able to wear it unless I somehow take it apart at the ends and shorten it. I wish there had been measurements or size options for it.
