Okay Bouquet
I was really, really looking forward to the small bouquet and pocket card for my quickly approaching elopement, but unfortunately due to the way the bouquet and pocket card were packed, I was unable to use either and had to quickly find an alternative company to borrow/rent the bouquet and boutonniere from. The flowers were pretty and colorful and look just like the photos and the eucalyptus smells amazing, but it did not have the volume or "fluff" as shown in the photos (I get that the actual product doesn't always match the staged photos). The bouquet was placed at the bottom of the box and smashed under packing paper, and no amount of "fluffing" or rearranging the stems and blooms around was enough to fix how flattened it became through shipping. I also didn't want to break any stems by pulling and arranging too much. I thought maybe the bouquets would be packed and shipped using some sort of foam or insert to prop the bouquet in the center of the box instead of being laid down on its side. I definitely didn't feel like I could use this bouquet in the wedding photos because I was worried about how they would look and just wasn't excited about the way they would look. The pocket card was okay, and there was hot glue gun strands that I had to pick off and remove, and some of the flowers were smashed/flattened as well, which I understand some of the flowers are supposed to be so they can lay flat against the coat. But the ones in the front could not be "fluffed" or adjusted to not look flattened. I paid for expedited order, so maybe there was a rush for that and it got overlooked, which I totally get. I also totally get that shipping can be unpredictable and uncontrollable, especially internationally, but I'm unsure why a dried, brittle, and delicate bouquet was placed flat on its side in the box. Maybe if I had ordered a larger bouquet it would have turned out better or would have been packed differently. Thank you.
