Slightly disappointing as the bouquets look nothing like the pictures on website. Too much green plastic leaves amd these huge red cherry things. Came very squashed up but better now I have "fluffed" them up. Service was good and I got a quick reply when I emailed my concerns. I have been promised a replacement for my very disappointing wrist corsage

One style of flowers I received looks great, and the other looks nothing like the picture and I am so disappointed with it as it's the one I ordered the most of (bridesmaid's bouquets and boutennieres). They do not cover return shipping. Customer service will get back to you in a timely manner though.

Shipping was a bit confusing with two boxes but only one tracking label and customer service felt a bit dismissive of my concerns. However, very quick to arrive and very fast replies from customer service.

Fast delivery after purchase but over priced for what we got. Package was damaged and some of the flowers in side.

The website is easy to use, and shipping was rather quick considering how far it came. My box just took a lot of hits on the way here with the top being nearly caved in, and 3 sides of it being wet and falling to pieces as I opened it (note: it was sunny but cold here, not wet though, so I am not sure where/when it got wet in the process).
