Took to long to get the product, won’t order again

I ordered an item with a remote control. Apparently there is a screw that needs to be removed so I can remove the plastic tab.. I wish I would have known this sooner because I do not have a Screwdriver that fits the tiny screw. Now I have to go figure out which one at the store will fit and that will be another cost

Product broke on two different Penis Enlargement pump. One had bad check valve that wouldn’t hold pressure the other had weak spot and broke by pressure relief valve. Had fun till I couldn’t. I’ll wait awhile before buying a better model. Thanks for the ride so far. JC

It just worked three times and the battery doesn’t work anymore. I bought this item for $178.77. Can you refund my money and I send you the item back. Or how can we fix the problem?

It started great, fast shipping. Upon delivery, the package it came in was very damaged, to the point everything inside was visable and the side of the box was completely ripped open. did the inventory and everything was in the package that was supposed to be. one of the toys came in a package that said not for resale demo, it was also stamped right on the toy itself. now this was supposed to be a gift, but how can you give a gift that says sample, not for resale on it....looks like you got it out of a discount bin. I messaged customer service and the response I got was yes we send samples out in the mystery boxes, which was not stated prior to purchase. Customer service was not helpful to resolve these concerns and only offered a discount on my next purchase, well im thinking there wont be a next purchase based on my first experience. Overall very disappointed as a new customer.
