Doesn’t work Does not squirt

I ORDERED 1 ITEM ON 7/16/23 - UNTIL TODAY - I DON T GET IT YET```````````````````````````

Im used to getting an order conformation right away after placing a order. This time i got a conformation several dats after ordering. I emailed cust service and took them days to get back to me, so emailed to cancel my order and they told me “too late, it already shipped”. I figured the order was lost or disnt go thrilough so i ordered from another company. No I have a double order and had to pay twice. Next time i’ll shop at the Other store that provides better service. Thank you for taking the time to listen.

I've at length the huge blow up by the Spearfish SD USPS that was so short sighted that they returned my package from H&A within a few hours ; of said package was existing their building ! Plus your customer service claimed I WAS to blame ! In SD common sense is if a package is addressed to 616 Rio Drive , Spearfish SD 57783 then put it in that mailbox ! I have heard NOTHING from H&A in this matter ! In fact my package was returned to your building faster than lightning !

A company shouldn't ask for a review when the product has not been received yet.....
