Other sellers advertising a “beginner “ product have some accessories to go with the purchase, different size rings , lube, extra sleeves, and hints for better results.

I placed an order but ran into an issue with unexpected customs fees. I reached out to customer service to explain the situation and ask if a refund might be possible, especially since the package hadn’t yet arrived in my country. Unfortunately, I was told that a refund couldn’t be issued. While I understand that shops have their policies, I was a bit disappointed by the lack of flexibility or willingness to help, especially considering the package hadn’t even reached me yet. It’s something to keep in mind if you're ordering internationally and might face additional customs charges.

One toy didn’t work i waited for ever for my order to arrive communication was slow but the price was cheap so I guess you get what you pay for.
