Service excellent but product sub par.

It took a lot longer for delivery than advertised and it was not shipped from the USA. The Item is of good quality.

I received my order ,used it one time,then it stopped working completely . i will be in touch to receive a replacement .

Under Control vibrating egg does not work. No power and I charged ut fully.
