Healthy & Active

I love the website. Ordering is super easy, and the items are affordable. I've yet to have an issue were I had to contact customer service about an order, but I'm pretty sure any issue would be handled with the utmost care.

My bf loves using this but we still think it’s a little too big. I underestimated the size when I ordered it.

Website has a good selection and probably the best prices...at least on most things, we ordered 2 things and one was great the other was not at all...nothing website wise sub-par though just read reviews before purchasing items

I love shopping the amazing selection and deals on Healthy and Active, and when I had to reach out to customer service regarding a delay with my shipping notification, the response was quick, friendly, and helpful. Healthy and Active does a great job with privacy regarding the information in the description on bank/card statements and their packaging, but not delivering my package within the window I was provided at purchase was an issue for me. I placed my order on Monday, expecting a shipping confirmation by Wednesday the latest, based on the shipping/processing info provided on the site. When no notification had arrived by Friday, I contacted customer service. Their response was quick and helpful, stating there had been issues with systems related to order fulfillment and they would let me know when my order shipped. Later in the day I received two messages notifying me my order had shipped and providing a tracking number. The problem was, based on all the information I read on the site, I should have received my order placed on Monday by the following Wednesday; plenty of time before I would be out of town. With the processing delay, my order did not arrive until Thursday, meaning someone else in my home I did not want to see my package had to handle it, and I had some questions to answer when I arrived home. Shipping delays happen, but when it comes to privacy sensitive products like the ones sold by Healthy and Active, being able to deliver packages within a given window is important. Since this issue was processing related, I would have appreciated it if Healthy and Active would have asked if any modifications to the shipping of my order would be helpful after I stated the arrival date of my package was an issue. I will probably order from the site again, but I will not place the order unless I have a couple of weeks ahead where I will be home and available to accept my own package.

Overall I would say that I have made some good purchases, some so-so and some bad ones. I am the kind of shopper who typically does not return things, so I did not think to read your return policy. If I had, I may have shopped more judiciously. You sell so many things. I wish you had a more curated line. The reviews can be deceptive. I would like this site to be more trustworthy with the quality of the products you sell.
