THE BOX WAS BANGED UP, AND IT TOOK A LITTLE WHILE TO ARRIVE.

It’s a great device, but the cord sticking out from the device is a little frayed and would have appreciated one that was entact. A few of the attachments do not work and that was disappointing.

Unhappy that your offer required me to pay return postage on defective item. Not worth the $$. Item had defective remote control. Should not be my responsibility

I paid extra shipping two business days order won’t be here till Thursday 4 not happy about way I was miss led !!!
