This piece has done well since purchase but sadly many others have broken at the clasp. You all do great at repairing the pieces, which I do appreciate. However, getting to the shop is often an inconvenience and temporarily prevents myself and my family from enjoying their jewelry until repair.

I have been purchasing things for my wife since HJ was in the other building with other jewelers. The quality of the products is always the same, top level. Their customer service is nothing but exceptional. They always treat you the same if you are buying 100$ item to thousands of dollars. Will continue to support this business.
