Shipping took a while, it got shipped after I had messaged to get an update on it.

The guy was nice, but not really informative or seemed to care Maybe cause we didn’t spend that much

Just an fyi, look at the date of the entry deadline, that will tell you what you need to work on with the online service. I loved the necklace that was purchased!!!! But, I had to call to verify when I was to receive the item, the delivery time promised was not accurate and it took a while to locate my order and when I did call, I thought I had the wrong number because who ever answered the phone did not do so professionally by acknowledging the business name. I was referred to you by my daughter who had her engagement ring purchased there. My suggestion for the online service would be to communicate better with customers about products being delayed and some kind of communication about tracking our package. Delivery of item ended up being a few days before the gift was given. Wishing you much success on your business because the quality of her ring and the necklace I purchased for her was excellent!!!!
