My experience with their platform has been incredible so far. I recently made a purchase through their Instagram page, and I must say, the convenience is a huge plus. Every time I order, I receive my pieces securely and beautifully packaged. Just recently, I received my order via airship, which was an exciting experience.

I had a second piece custom made from two rings I inherited from both my grandmothers. I wear this custom band with my wedding ring. My sister, daughter and I all have the simple small heart diamond necklace and love that we all have this matching price. Just this February on our 27th wedding anniversary, my husband took me in and we walked out with the most beautiful nearly 10 carat brilliant cut eternity band. The customer service is second to none at Happy! My sisters, my son and his wife, my daughter…we are all Happy Jewelers regulars and have always had GREAT experiences and never hesitate to tell everyone about Happy Jewelers! You guys were absolutely unbelievable!! The wrong clasp was put on my order and we were leaving out of the country for my girlfriend's birthday. I wanted to surprise her with it, but was worried that by returning and then having the correct one sent. I called, explained my situation and you guys sent the right one right away and a return label for the other one, told me to return it as soon as I was able!!
