You guys were absolutely unbelievable!! The wrong clasp was put on my order and we were leaving out of the country for my girlfriend's birthday. I wanted to surprise her with it, but was worried that by returning and then having the correct one sent. I called, explained my situation and you guys sent the right one right away and a return label for the other one, told me to return it as soon as I was able!! Needless to say, my girlfriend loves her black spinel necklace!! Thank you for the AMAZING customer service and understanding!!
