I am struggling to pay the price 😕

I don’t find the company very helpful at all and I think the products are over-priced, but the actual New Wash replacement for shampoo has been fabulous for me (hair and environment!) and everything always arrives when it should and is well-packaged.

Good product and service but overpriced.

I really wanted to love your products. Sadly they just don’t work for me. The New Wash I thought was good, then I had my hair washed with regular shampoo and conditioner at the hairdressers, and my hair came back to life. I’ve got two pouches of the stuff just collecting dust. I’m really sad about it because I wanted to believe in your products and spent more money than I usually do on hair stuff, and it was just a msssive let down.
