Customer service good but no solution proposed to my problem. Would not purchase again.

Too expensive and no result

I love the story and idea. But sadly the product didn’t work for me

Shipping service was terrible as the courier left it at my front door which is directly on the street. I work from home and was home all day but they didn’t even ring the bell. It was stolen by the time I got the “delivered message” I informed Hairstory by email and they denied accountability as “it was a warehouse problem”

Left my hair greasy and frizzy.
