I also purchased the balm and it does not define my curls. Once I put it in it seems it will then it dries and creates my hair to frizz?

Left my scalp flaky and super itchy.

Shipping took ages, despite doing the quiz the products recommended to me aren’t right and leave my hair needing a wash the next day. A really expensive let down. Would love a refund.
