Really bad experience with products not received and emails not answered. The product is excellent though

Customer Service is slow and instead of offering solutions or ideas they make assumptions and blame the customer because their product failed. If I worked for their CS I'd show faith in my product and encourage my customer to try the second order and I'd check in with them after a week or so.

Customer service take days to respond.

Still haven’t received it. Ordered over 3 weeks ago. - terrible service
