Expensive and the product is not great :(

Lack of response. A subscription was activated unknowingly.

Not suited to my hair as it leaves it greasy (yes I followed directions exactly, this is the second time I’ve tried New Wash and both times resulted in disappointing greasiness)

Terrible experience dealing with Hairston because their customer service is overseas. Delayed orders and response. Cost me time and money and won’t be back.
