the quality was not what I expected having purchased one before. I was able to clean off the dirty pieces which was an inconvenience but the part that got me was the imperfections and rough surfaces that I can’t fix.

Fine? I don't understand where my response here is displayed and I don't like that I have to fill it out.

The smell from either the glue or finish on this shelf was very strong. Not ideal given it’s made for childrens rooms

Very delayed shipping. Customer service answered promptly but did not do anything until I sent a couple messages over a few weeks until I finally got the right product.

The toy arrived promptly, but was poorly designed.
