When I signed up for emails to get the 10%, the website wouldn’t allow me to use the coupon. It stated “can only be used one time” so I ended up paying full price. I would like to communicate with someone in customer service to get a replacement piece that was damaged during assembly

The customer service is ok. I ordered a walnut and got a white one. After waiting for just the first one I ordered and receiving the wrong product, I told them and shipped it back. Well I had to wait for them to receive the product before sending me a new one. While waiting a sale occurred and they could not price adjust my helper. I had to cancel and replace the order - delaying the helper even longer.

Guidecraft customer service is not very accommodating. Item arrived with factory defects, but their way of addressing the issue was very restrictive.
