Very little communication re: shipping, but ended up shipping quickly.

I had to wait for a couple of months because the they were out of the white kitchen helper. But once I was able to order it was shipped pretty quickly.

Nothing special. Had to reach out to customer service to even find out that free shipping with $100. Then the banner was added to the page.

Directions were minimal and hard to follow. Quality is shoddy. Parts did not all fit.

Missing parts.
