I am extremely happy with my new Royale shoes. I wear a size 9.5 in the Rosen so I originally ordered a size 9 in the Royale but had to send them back for an 8.5. The customer service was great as always and they sent me the new pair very quickly. This is my third pair of Greats and I know I am going to buy more.
