Very quick delivery and great packaging.

I have been a happy customer for some time. The shoes are of high quality and consistently well made. Shipping & delivery are always speedy. Recently, I had to interact with their customer service reps (mostly) Albert and (some) Tish. Albert was awesome and always got right back with me with the answers to my questions. Love these shoes. They are a throwback to the simple, minimalist look and they are amazing quality.

Wonderful experience - I found a typo in my address (my fault) when I got my confirm - contacted customer service and it was corrected within minutes! Thanks - oh and the shoes are wonderful!!
