Shoe tongue issue
I wore a new pair of GREATS shoes about a dozen times. I could not get the tongue of the right shoe to stay in place. I emailed GREATS and they responded quickly with potential fixes. After exchanging 3 emails, we determined that the shoe tongue was not sewn into the shoe properly. Greats agreed to send me a new pair, which I have now worn a couple times, and the shoe tongues stay in place. All was a worthwhile experience, and GREATS has a HAPPY CUSTOMER!
