I will never nor have ever purchased anything from your website. Why? Glad you asked. I never solicited your business to text me. After receiving these texts I have request 5, five, cinco times for you to stop it. To date, you have not and still send them as of this past week. Funny, I'm sure this will never hit YOUR website, because truth like this, never does prevail.

As much as I'd love to give a 5 star review, I just cannot. Customer service was very helpful but aside from that I have been waiting since mid December for an order. I had to return them due to sizing issues and have been told 4 plus times now they are still not available. I understand things happen and I was compensated with a discount code but I felt that a small discount code was not really worth my wait. I don't want to buy another pair of shoes now and risk more problems and waiting. It's too bad because the shoes are actually pretty "great".

I had placed my order and within less than 24hours, requested to have it cancelled. I was told "it wasn't possible" and that I had to wait to receive them and then take the time to request the label and send them back. I've got news for this new startup... you won't survive with that poor approach to customer service.
