Not true to size, runs too small, uncomfortable

I need to get the shoe first

A lot of times good publicity is something really positive. And Greats are getting a lot of attention and good reviews in Europe at the moment. But sometimes it fires back. In particular when the only European reseller (Mr. Porter) is constantly out of stock and the "direct through Greats" options is way off standard. So a great positive expectation of European trendsetters and early adopters is turned into frustration at the moment. I would hope that Greats considers the consequences a starts matching Mr. Porter delivery terms for Europe ... in particular when they are the only option left to buy their shoes from. I'd love to review the shoes but I wasn't actually able to purchase any. The website is broken. Apple Pay doesn't work. My discount wasn't applied when trying to use Apple Pay. And the site has tons of JavaScript errors in the developer console. So, overall, the site totally fails at its primary objective of letting me purchase shoes. :(
