I ordered a pair of these high dollar shoes and paid for 2 day shipping. Shoes did not arrive so I looked for a phone number to talk to someone in customer service. No phone number...only chat online to get my order right. No customer service phone number is not cool. Come on.

I'm still waiting for my shoes

I guess greats got greedy by allowing me to purchase shoes they don't have in stock. But yet they sent me an email to notify me the product has arrived.👎🏼There's nothing great about this experience.

Stop spamming me

I recently ordered a pair of the Rosen. Great looking shoe. I'm always a solid size 11. The first time I wore them the right foot felt a little snug. By the end of the day I couldn't wait to take them off! After emailing customer service I was told that they received other reports of the shoe running small. I was told that they would certainly stretch and given 20% discount for my next purchase. Why would I want to buy another pair of shoes that I won't wear? Life's to short to wear uncomfortable shoes!
