How long does it take to ship to Brooklyn from Brooklyn??

I ordered three pairs. Still haven't been delivered or shipped as far as I can tell. Inquired four times -- first time said checking with warehouse, last 3x no response. Then have the nerve to send me 2 follow-up requests to review them. Incredible. Stay away until they get their act together.

This was my first purchase with Greats. The experience has been very poor. I still haven't received shoes in almost two weeks. Plus customer service has not gotten back to me. It's been over 48 hours. Terrible experience.

I found out the hard way, how difficult it is to return Greats shoes! Because of Greats nonconforming sizes, I missed out on being the proud owner of a pair of Greats shoes. I need a true pair of size 7 men's shoes. I love the men's styles, but the women's styles are so unattractive to me.

Terrible website layout. It looked like the only way for me to buy the shoes in white was through the men's. The women's only came in pink!!! So sexist. So I bought my size white in men's thinking it would still fit but no. Now I need to order all over again and go through annoying process of returning these.
