I keep getting pop ups and wanted to order with my soon to expire 15% first time discount in size 10.5 or 11. Always out of stock so not able to purchase. I filled out form but no response.

Im a true size 10.5. I follow the recommendation and order .5 half down but still shoes run .5 big. I'll recommend go 1 size down. Not to happy.

The pictures on the website are somewhat misleading. While they look nice, the quality just isn't there. The toe caps are irregularly shaped and too large for the shoe, which itself is too wide. On the sides between the sole and the fabric, you can see the attaching glue was sloppily attached, and spills over onto the fabric itself. Not only that, but it also seems that the white of the sole seems to be painted on with some sort of whitener, which itself also spilled over onto the fabric. Included stretchy laces are quite ugly, but the other laces look fine. They are comfortable despite their looks, so 2 stars.

IMO, GREATS needs to establish a customer service department with a contact phone number.

Products look good. Low price is attractive but their stated sizes are way off the standards. Getting products returned to GREATS is difficult as their employees are either overworked or understaffed
