The turnaround time for delivery needs improvement. I can't review a pair of shoes if I haven't received them yet. I haven't even received a shipping confirmation email yet. Unclear to what is happening in the amount of time since purchasing.

Beautiful, but very comfortable as advertised.

I went through 2 pairs of these in the first 3 months, the second time I took them to a cobbler to see what was going on. The sole is glued to a spongy material and will always start peeling off. Additionally the heel area is glued poorly and would start flipping up all the time. Sent them back for a refund.

Been wearing a size 13 since high school. You're the first shoes that didn't fit in that size.
