Gorgeous sneakers and mostly comfortable. The arch/foot support is very lacking compared to other brands that I own.

Bought 3 pair, 13 wears a little small, therefore not as comfortable as I would like.

Would love to have shoes that meet your promises. However, I'm not buying 1/2 size bigger to meet a wider foot on the chance you're right

I love the look of these, but I could barely get my normal size on. When I ordered my pair, they were backordered. Since then, I now notice a tip to "size up" a half size. 10 is the highest women's size, so I'm getting shipped the next size up in men's. I'm still worried the shoe will feel too narrow, but hoping the new size takes care of the issues. Great customer service.

Customer service was a pain. I guess that is the way it goes when dealing with smaller companies but it will make me think again. All reviews said shoes were so comfortable. They are very stiff out of the box and I tried to find out if men’s are made same as women’s because I needed a men’s size and was told they were. I think they might be wider that a women’s would be. I”m keeping them and hoping they break in and that they aren’t too wide. Also the comment about the shoes having to be unworn and in original box was annoying. I tried to return 2 pairs in one box but because was told they should come back in original box. Again, just too much discussion about a simple return. Sorry but I thought you might want my feedback even though negative.
