Shoes crease very easily.

Shoes are not of the highest quality. Typical cheap foreign manufacturing.

The product, site presentation, and founder message are all compelling, engaging, tempting. Unfortunately, after carefully ordering shoes that appeared to be available, nothing has arrived weeks later.

I fell deeply, madly in love with the product, ordered, waited a couple weeks anticipating its delivery, only to have to cancel it because I was leaving town and would not be shipped in time. Total disappointment, wanted to bring them with me.
