Like the shoes, but not comfy for a long period

I recently bought my gf 2 pairs of woosters size 10. She is normally a 9.5. We still had to takeout the insole andnout in a thinner one. I feel you are alienating a large cross section of your demographic by not selling slightly larger sizes. I understand econony of scale but also think youbhave a lot of girls out there with size 10 feet that will buy your shoes. For now my gf says no and I own 5 pairs of your shoes. So it's sad cause I wanna share with her too.

The quality of the leather of my Royales is impressive, everyone thinks they look awesome, way better quality than stan smiths or other similar shoes. The problem is with the heel of one of my shoes, I can feel a lump after a month of use... like the material on the heel support lost its shape and it's now a bulge.

These sneakers are way too stiff out of the box. Even after 6-7 wearings they are extremely stiff and not that comfortable. I assume this is how they are designed but I’m not used to it.

Love the style and color. I sized up as recommended but now I feel like they’re too big . My toes have a lot of room and I feel like they look big... BUT the sides fit comfortably. I should’ve gotten my usual size.
