very disappointed in quality of frames, and if there were better options for returning to just keep the prints, I would have done that. Even after an exchange for new frames, they still have large visible gaps even if slightly better than the first round we received.

Unfortunately, I received the wrong print with my order. While I love Gray Malian’s work, the lack of customer service is disappointing. I’ve sent two emails and left two voicemails for the Guest Services team with no response to date and it’s been several weeks.

I'm missing a piece! And a random yellow piece was in the box

Terrible customer service. I tried to return my piece the day I received it. It says on the site you have 5 days to return it with a full refund. I emailed 4 times and I left severely messages. They never responded to me with return instructions. I now have a dispute with my credit card company.
